We left Pontcharra at about 9.15 and arrived in Geneva
around noon. We found somewhere to park
the car. Went for a walk to get out
bearings and had lunch. We returned the
car. We had arrived back one day early –
so checked in to our hotel for the extra night.
An extra day in Geneva will be really good. We enjoyed not having the car to think about
and find parking spots etc..
We went for a walk to the old part of town. Coming back we had dinner at a restaurant on
an island on one of the bridges. We
really enjoyed our evening relaxing.
